2. Scope of Services

Memetic Labs provides narrative risk assessments, analytical reports, and advisory insights aligned to applicable standards frameworks, including AINSC-26.

All services are diagnostic and informational in nature and do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or investment advice.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Assessments and analyses are based on available information and outputs from third-party AI systems. Outcomes, interpretations, and results may vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for determining how to use assessment outputs. Memetic Labs does not control or direct downstream decisions made by clients or third parties.

5. Fees and Discretionary Refunds

Fees for assessments are due prior to commencement of work.

Memetic Labs may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund in circumstances where an assessment materially fails to deliver the scope of analysis described at engagement start.

Discretionary refunds are intended to preserve trust and delivery integrity and do not constitute a satisfaction guarantee or outcome-based assurance.

Differences in interpretation, strategic disagreement, or downstream outcomes do not qualify as grounds for refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, materials, and content provided by Memetic Labs remain the intellectual property of Memetic Labs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memetic Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Acceptance of this policy

Clients acknowledge that form submission, payment, request for consultation, or request for any materials such as but not limited to pre audits or executive briefings, will be seen as confirmation that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions.
